I went to a creativity retreat a few years ago where we did watercolors. I really enjoyed it and thought I would keep it up. I haven't because who do I think I am? But reading this perfectly articulated thought process and seeing your work lets me know it is okay to pursue it if I want to.

That is so lovely -- process and product, both! What a wonderful insight to not be intimidated by a blank sheet of paper glaring up at you -- just cut out its middle and do a frame. And the haunting words add even more depth. Thank you for sharing all this.
