I miss your laugh from the place that I’m not sure we talk about now. It was good to hear it again. ❤️

We’re doing Sidesgiving at our house. No main dish. Usually we do turkey hot dogs because it’s just my husband and our kids and the drama of a big bird is too much. But this year we aren’t even doing that. So that’s my tip for anyone feeling overwhelmed. Sidesgiving. It’s the best part of the meal anyway.

Here's the biggest tip I can give you: WaitButWhy did a chart on how many actual days you probably have left to spend in the company of people you love. Don't waste those days in anything other than the best frame of mind you can bring to the encounter. https://waitbutwhy.com/2015/12/the-tail-end.html

Happy born day and a blessed Thanksgiving to you. I’m learning to be thankful for the years I had with my son until he died four years ago. I’ve learned it’s okay to grieve, it’s okay to smile and laugh again; it’s necessary to show and tell loved ones what they mean to me as we never know if it will be the last time we see or speak with them. 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
